Hi,

A nice article on the liver benefits of drinking coffee.

Hot tea dirinking was emphasized as esophageal carcinoma risk factor formerly by Farhad Islami et al. (Tea drinking habits and oesophageal cancer in a high risk area in northern Iran: population based case-control study – BMJ 2009; 338 doi: 10.1136/bmj.b929)

Hot coffee drinking may have similar risks and it can lead to gastroesophageal reflux disease also.

However, in pregnants, two cups of coffee per day or less is recommended as limit consumption.

Drinking of coffee can also lead to blood pressure-raising and more than eight cups daily may aggravate cardiac arrhythmias.

Coffee drinking may also increase the risk of osteoporosis and rheumatoid arthritis.

Greetings,

Murat

For some people, coffee is more than just a morning pick-me-up: it's a lifestyle. Coffee shop culture has become increasingly popular in the U.S. in the past few decades, as evidenced by the number of Starbucks stores and their competitors popping up like wildflowers across the urban and suburban landscape.
f you want, you can ask the barista at your favorite cafe about what kind of bean they are using when making your favorite blend. This way, you no longer need to scout and test different types of beans and you lessen all the hassle.

I entirely agree with you. That is why I do own two cafe bars in Prague, Czech republic. It still upsets me to read some articles considering health issues, that coffee should be avoided along with other unhealthy foods, like fryed foods for example. If coffee is drunk in moderation it only can enhance our mind and our health

Im a member of the church and i cant stand when i hear others members say that coffee and tea are not forbidden. Why do you keep telling yourself that. To be a member in good standing, to be taking the sacrament and to hold a temple recommend you can not drink coffee or tea so therefor i would call that forbidden. Yea you can do whatever you want but for us members its forbidden if you want to be in good standings stop rationalizing. though i dont believe it should be in the word of wisdom cause even leaders cant give you a reason why its there. only time will tell if it was an opinion when we thought all this time is was inspired..
